Pulled into Bucees in Ennis on a Sunday afternoon to fuel up our 35ft diesel pusher. when we went to leave our air breaks would not release in the back. After checking YouTube to see if we could fix it we realized we were WAY out of our league. We looked for someone to help us on a Sunday and Hawkeye Deisel popped up on Google. We had to wait a few hours but they sent KALEM Hayden to us. Super nice guy and went to work immediately. He worked on it and removed a part and was able to find a replacement for it in a Sunday night. We had one other part that had failed and that part couldn’t be sourced at midnight on a Sunday. He returned the next morning with the new part and I was Houston bound before I knew it.Contrary to other reviews my phone calls were answered quickly and on a Sunday no less KALEM worked from the moment he got out of his truck and was super nice in the process. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I was super nervous about taking my truck here because of all the recent negative reviews. I have to be honest, idk what the heck they are all talking about. Kyle is super professional, extremely knowledgeable and have the best hourly rates around.My 2018 Freightliner Cascadia had major issues with the fuel system because another mechanic screwed up. Him and his team got it fixed up with no issues. Only took a couple days to drain the tanks and clean the lines along with replacing sensors, filters and the fuel control valve.I’ll probably only be using these guys from now on. Even referred a personal friend to them. Don’t worry about the bad reviews. These guys will take care of you.

These guys are great and have worked on all my diesel trucks. If something failed during the warranty period. They took care of it promptly.
