I’ve used this company before and recently had to use them again, so I wanted to leave an updated review because I noticed some of the negative reviews.
Honestly, I asked them about the reviews because I was curious, and they were able to explain what was going on. From what I was told, a lot of the complaints come from customers who don’t fully pay attention to the rates and pricing that are explained before a technician is even dispatched. I can understand being surprised by a bill, but in my experience, they were very upfront with me about the pricing and what to expect before sending someone out.
Both times I’ve used them, the service has been great. The technician showed up, knew what they were doing, and got the job handled. There were no surprises with the pricing because everything had already been explained to me beforehand.
I think it’s important to actually read and understand the rates before agreeing to have someone come out, especially with roadside truck repair where there are a lot of costs involved. You can’t agree to a service and then be upset afterward because you didn’t pay attention to the pricing.
I’ll definitely continue using this company when I need roadside or shop repairs. I’ve had good experiences with them, and based on my personal experience, the negative reviews don’t really reflect the service I’ve received.
